II. Terms and Conditions
Commission will only be accepted only if information is enough provided.
Procedure:
Once commission has been accepted, you will wait for a sketch for update/preview.
the art progresses only right after I receive the full payment.
Critique and corrections for commissions are welcome to warrant the best result, but can only do ONCE after receive the piece.
Deadlines: I don't give specific deadlines, but I guarantee every piece won't exceed 3 weeks prior.
Transaction: I only accept paypal payment.
Price: Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece.
Distribution:The ARTIST retains ALL the distribution rights reserved for any personal website, gallery, portfolio, or journal.
Refunds: Payments are only refundable if clients haven't still receive the artwork yet.

STORY
In the outskirts of Luxbourne City stands a 17th-century English mansion, rumored to be haunted by vengeful spirits. After reading a letter discovered inside on the day of its open house, seven people find themselves trapped in a vicious cycle of madness plaguing the Ermengarde Mansion for centuries. Will they be able to free themselves from it, or will they become another casualty?
